RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Here at Flank we are sure you will be delighted with the products and service you receive from us, however if you find you're not completely satisfied after making your purchase from us, please contact us as soon as you can and we will simply exchange or refund you.
UK law offers you 14 days to cancel your purchase from us, and then a further 14 days to have products collected and returned to us.
Flank surf exploration will always offer you a full refund of the price you paid for the products. We will process any refund due to you as soon as we can and in any case , within 7 days of the day on which the goods have been collected from you or returned to us.
Refunds can take up to 5 - 7 working days to be credited to your payment card or Paypal account , depending on your card provider.
If your returning the products, we do ask that the products are unused , in their original packaging and with any labels still attached.
